Meto is a US-based platform improving access to metabolic care while supporting clinicians with the tools they need. The challenge was to craft a brand that felt both welcoming to patients and credible to professionals.
Meto brings key groups together. Patients often struggle to access metabolic care beyond weight loss that is covered by insurance, while clinicians navigate complex regulations and administrative barriers.
Understanding these challenges, Meto prioritises booking flexibility and clarity for patients, alongside a supportive community and streamlined operations for clinicians. With this in mind, we crafted a brand that reflects Meto’s core values of accessibility, empowerment, and collaboration.
The brand identity strikes a balance between warmth and credibility, fostering trust and engagement. A fresh, minimal design with a bold wordmark conveys professionalism and approachability. Consistency across all touchpoints was key—we designed a user-friendly website optimised for accessibility and engagement, developed clear and compelling content with a unified tone of voice, and created templates for seamless communication across presentations, emails, and social media. By aligning the brand with both patient and clinician needs, we helped Meto build a platform that fosters trust, belonging, and meaningful care.
